All LEGO^TM parts are new unless noted.

All orders are a request for goods. While BricWorx makes every effort to fill all orders; your ability to place an order does not guarentee availablility of the product. BricWorx will contact you via email to complete the transaction.

Payment may be made via PayPal (send funds to paypal@bricworx.com). In order to reduce costs and bring you the most value for your money, payment must be made with non-credit card funds.

Payment may be made by Money Order or Cashier's/Bank Check drawn in US Dollars on a US Bank.

Payment may be made in cash in US Dollars, but BricWorx will not be held responsible if the payment is lost in the mail.

Payment may be made by personal check drawn in US Dollars on a US Bank. Shipment will be delayed until the check has cleared.

Orders may not be held longer than 10 days without payment.

Shipping charges apply in addition to the sale price.

International shipping is available and may cost more.

All domestic BricWorx packages are insured. Internation delivery insurance may be available depending on destination and may incur an additional charge.

Privacy Policy

Here at Bricworx, we recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. So we've developed a Privacy Policy to address those concerns. We may update the Policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally.

At our site, we don't collect personally-identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we don't require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. If you post submissions to us via e-mail, we use the information to fulfill your requests and to help us understand how you feel about our products. We don't share any such information you give us with anyone outside of BricWorx without your explict permission.
