Coach set 405 is comprised of two Passenger Coaches of type 401 and one Combination Coach type 402, all made by the BricWorx Company of Portland, Oregon.

As with all coaches in the 400 series, it is available in custom color schemes straight from the foundry.

Coach Set 405 has been nicknamed "Sue Ann" in honor of it being the first train car set sold by BricWorx.
